Welcome to Eric Sprado Realty. Founded in 1994 by Eric, as the name suggests, we represent buyers and sellers in Eugene and beyond. We work with urban and rural homes, farms, and investment property. As a small agency, we put a high priority on individual attention and meeting each client's specific needs. We don't send out automated e-mails, letters, or post-cards. We aren't fond of corporate environments and we value building a locally oriented and sustainable community.
